With a profound love for health, wellness, and movement, Dr. Maggie Nikolaeva embodies the belief that movement is medicine. In 2021, Dr. Maggie (No. B01964) earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Southern California University of Health Sciences while emphasizing her education in sports medicine. She knew from a young age that the healthcare and wellness industry was her calling. She started her studies in High School, where she focused on side-line care for athletes in her Magnet program. She then moved on to become a kinesiologist by earning her B.S. degree in Kinesiology & Sports Medicine at Southern California University, Northridge.  Throughout her college years, she honed her skills as a yoga practitioner, which eventually led her to discover her passion for Pilates. Under the expert guidance of a Los Angeles physical therapist, she trained to apply rehabilitative exercises to patients on the Pilates reformer. Dr. Maggie's diverse background and dedication to holistic health make her a true advocate for the transformative power of movement. Her love for helping patients and enthusiasm for reformer pilates is the reason she founded, SOLIDITY STUDIO. 

Chiropractic Physician for Henderson Solidity Studio

Dr. Gina Perone is Solidity Studio’s Henderson Associate Chiropractor. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College, now known as Northeast College of Health Sciences, where she also completed a Master’s degree in Applied Clinical Nutrition. Her clinical background includes advanced training and certifications as a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a dry needling certification through the Functional Integrated Therapy Institute. She is also a previously licensed massage therapist, adding a strong foundation in hands-on soft tissue work. With a background in movement, rehabilitation, manual therapy, and nutrition, she takes an integrative, patient-centered approach focused on relieving pain, restoring function, and supporting long-term wellness. Dr. Gina is in the process of obtaining her Pilates Apparatus Certification at UNLV.
