Solidity Studio Guidelines:
- Pilates grip socks are a requirement for safety. Please bring a pair! We also have them available for purchase via Venmo in the studio.
- A 24 hour cancellation is required for all privates and classes. If you cancel within fewer than 24 hours, or if you are a "no call" or a "no show", you will be charged a $20.00 late cancellation fee along with losing your class credit.
- If you are pregnant a doctors release will be required.
- Sessions and classes are non-refundable.
- Class times, instructors, schedule and prices are subject to change.
- Late Policy: We are a small studio and do not have a front desk. If you are a new client and taking a class at our studio for the first time, please come 5-10 minutes early. This gives our instructors time to meet and show you the reformer before getting started. If you are a regular, you are late when the doors of the studio lock. Doors will be locked at the start of class and unlocked 10 minutes prior to class. Class credit is non refundable and you will be charges $20.
