The only doctor-led reformer Pilates studio in Las Vegas
Movement is medicine, on and off the reformer.
Pilates at Solidity Studio bridges the gap between clinical recovery and long-term strength. Three class formats meet you wherever you're starting from — from your very first fundamentals class to advanced Cadillac work.
The importance of Pilates
Pilates isn't just a workout — it's a system for rebuilding the body from the inside out. Every class we teach is built around the same core principles, whether you're recovering from an injury or training for performance.
Core Strength & Stability
Reformer resistance trains the deep stabilizing muscles that protect the spine and joints, building a foundation that carries over into everyday movement.
Alignment & Posture
Controlled, precise movement patterns retrain the body to move the way it's meant to — reinforcing the postural work done in chiropractic care.
Injury Prevention & Recovery
Low-impact, joint-friendly resistance makes Pilates one of the safest ways to rebuild strength around an old or healing injury, at any fitness level.
Mind-Body Control
Breath-linked, intentional movement improves body awareness and control, so strength gained on the reformer translates directly to daily life.
Three ways to move with us
Each format serves a different stage of your movement journey — from fundamentals to advanced, full-body work. Here's how they differ.
Athletic Reformer
Our progressive strength track — three levels, one reformer.
Athletic Reformer is our building-strength track, structured into three progressive levels so every client trains at the right intensity and can advance over time. As you move up a level, resistance, spring weight, and movement complexity all increase together.
Pilates Fundamentals
The entry point for every athletic client. You'll learn reformer basics, proper alignment, and foundational movement patterns before progressing further.
Athletic Reformer
Builds on fundamentals with increased spring weight and more advanced movement sequences, raising both the pace and the intensity of class.
Strength Training Reformer
Our most demanding athletic class. Uses larger weights and higher-level springs for clients ready to train at full intensity.
Restorative Pilates
Gentle, rehab-focused movement for healing bodies.
Restorative Pilates is built for rehabilitation. Where Athletic Reformer trains for output, Restorative is designed to help the body heal — using gentler movement on the reformer to work around old injuries, chronic pain, or recent treatment.
Cadillac Pilates
Full-apparatus work on the flat bed — our most advanced class.
Cadillac Pilates is our most advanced offering, performed on the flat bed apparatus rather than the reformer. Class builds toward inversions practiced at the end of each session, requiring the strength, control, and body awareness developed in our other classes.
