This Privacy Policy explains how Spine Spot LLC, DBA Solidity Studio ("Solidity Studio," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information gathered through our website (the "Site"). It applies to website and marketing data only. Information you share with us as part of your chiropractic care or Pilates instruction is protected health information and is instead governed by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, available in the adjacent tab.
Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- Information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, and message content when you submit a contact form, request an appointment, join a waitlist, or subscribe to updates.
- Information collected automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and approximate location, gathered through cookies and similar technologies when you browse the Site.
- Information from third parties, such as scheduling or booking platforms you use to request an appointment, or payment processors used for online purchases, to the extent they share confirmation data with us.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to inquiries and schedule or confirm appointments;
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site's content and functionality;
- Send appointment reminders, studio updates, or promotional communications, where you have opted in;
- Understand how visitors use the Site, using aggregated or de-identified analytics; and
- Comply with applicable law, respond to legal process, and protect the rights, safety, and property of Solidity Studio, our patients, and the public.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share website information with:
- Service providers who host the Site, send communications on our behalf, or provide scheduling and analytics tools, under obligations to protect your information and use it only to provide services to us;
- Professional advisors, such as legal or accounting service providers, as needed; and
- Regulators or courts, where required by law, subpoena, or court order.

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep the Site functioning correctly, and understand aggregate usage patterns. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect some Site features. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, as no common industry standard for such signals has been adopted.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us directly. Nevada residents may submit a verified request to opt out of the sale of certain covered information under NRS 603A; as noted above, we do not sell personal information. We will respond to verified requests within the time required by applicable law.
Data Security and Retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect website information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain website information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law.
Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.

Our Commitment to Your Health Information
Spine Spot LLC, DBA Solidity Studio, is required by law to maintain the privacy of your protected health information ("PHI"), provide you with this Notice of our legal duties and privacy practices regarding your PHI, and abide by the terms currently in effect. PHI includes information about your health condition, chiropractic treatment, and related payment information that could identify you.
How We May Use and Disclose Your Health Information
Treatment
We may use and disclose your PHI to provide, coordinate, or manage your chiropractic care, including consultation with other treating providers regarding your care, and communication with your Pilates instructor where relevant to your treatment plan.
Payment
We may use and disclose your PHI to obtain payment for services, including billing, claims submission to your insurance carrier, and collection activities.
Healthcare Operations
We may use and disclose your PHI for internal operations, such as quality assessment, staff training, licensing, compliance activities, and business planning.
Personal Injury Cases and Your Attorney
If you are treating with us in connection with an automobile accident, workplace injury, or other personal injury matter, we may exchange your PHI, including treatment notes, billing records, and progress reports, with the attorney representing you in that case, and with their staff, insurance adjusters, or investigators working on your behalf. This exchange is typically made to coordinate your care, document your treatment for your claim, and arrange payment, including under a letter of protection or lien. We will do so consistent with your written authorization, at your request or your attorney's request on your behalf, or as otherwise permitted by law; you may revoke that authorization in writing at any time, except to the extent we have already relied on it.
Other Permitted or Required Uses
- Appointment reminders and information about treatment alternatives or health-related benefits and services that may interest you;
- As required by law, including public health reporting, health oversight activities, and judicial or administrative proceedings;
- To avert a serious threat to health or safety, consistent with applicable law; and
- To family members, friends, or others involved in your care, if you do not object, or in an emergency where it is in your best interest.
Uses Requiring Your Written Authorization
Other uses and disclosures not described above, including most uses and disclosures of psychotherapy notes (if applicable), marketing communications, and any sale of PHI, will be made only with your written authorization. You may revoke that authorization in writing at any time, except to the extent we have already relied on it.
Your Rights Regarding Your Health Information
- Right to Access: You may inspect and obtain a copy of your PHI in our records, with limited exceptions, generally within the time required by law.
- Right to Request Amendment: You may ask us to amend your PHI if you believe it is incorrect or incomplete. We may decline in certain circumstances, and will explain our reasons in writing.
- Right to an Accounting of Disclosures: You may request a list of certain disclosures of your PHI made outside of treatment, payment, and healthcare operations.
- Right to Request Restrictions: You may ask us to restrict certain uses or disclosures of your PHI. We are not required to agree, except where you have paid for a service out of pocket in full and request that we not disclose that information to your health plan.
- Right to Request Confidential Communications: You may ask that we communicate with you about your health matters in a specific way or at a specific location.
- Right to a Paper Copy: You may request a paper copy of this Notice at any time, even if you agreed to receive it electronically.
- Right to Notification of a Breach: You have the right to be notified in the event of a breach of your unsecured PHI.

Our Duties
We are required by law to maintain the privacy of your PHI, provide you with this Notice, and follow the terms currently in effect. We reserve the right to change the terms of this Notice and to make the revised Notice effective for PHI we already maintain, as well as PHI we receive in the future. Any material revisions will be made available on this page and posted at our office.
Complaints
If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with our Privacy Officer using the contact information below, or with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights. You will not be penalized or retaliated against for filing a complaint.
